Ok, first real post
Ok, time to get this thing started, just updated the about page with some info about me so go ahead and read it there if you want to know more about who I am.
I’ve been doing some php work that required a dynamic paypal button and after doing a lot of searching I wasn’t able to find something that did what I wanted (or maybe I’m just picky). I did however find a few scripts and code samples that helped me create my own paypal button class and another paypal ipn class which i will release to the public probably sometime next week as I’m just finishing testing and writing some documentation for it.
It’s not a complete class as I only needed support for “buy now” buttons so they’re only tested with those. The paypal button class supports dynamic creation of encrypted buy now buttons and the IPN class does the basic Paypal recommended checks and logs the IPN data to a database, a log file or sends it by e-mail (or all of them).
Anyway I’ll discuss it more thoroughly on the documentation and when I release it, so stay tuned.
